Las creencias doctrinales de la Academia Ministerial de la Gracia pueden resumirse en tres encabezados:
Comprometidos con la Sagrada Escritura. Creemos en la inspiración verbal y plenaria del Antiguo y Nuevo Testamento de La Sagrada Escritura (66 libros) en sus manuscritos originales. Creemos que las Escrituras son infalibles e inerrantes en todas sus partes y, por tanto, dignas de confianza y autoridad en todo lo que afirman sobre la historia, la ciencia, la doctrina, la ética, la práctica religiosa, o cualquier otro tema.
Comprometidos con las doctrinas de la gracia. Creemos que la salvación siempre ha sido y siempre será por gracia y por medio de la sola fe en la persona y la obra de Jesucristo.
Comprometidos con los distintivos bautistas. Creemos que el bautismo y la membresía de la iglesia sólo deben ser otorgados a aquellos que hacen una profesión creíble de la fe en Jesucristo. También creemos que la iglesia local debe ser independiente en cuanto a su gobierno y no debe estar bajo ninguna autoridad eclesiástica, excepto Jesucristo mismo.
